Outlook configuration

If there is a problem sending the attachment, that is, the recipient is not receiving the attachment from the email, it may be a configuration in Microsoft Outlook. In this section, a screen will display with some settings that you can perform in Outlook to solve this problem.

 

Cause of problem

This is a common problem that occurs because of Outlook, where when a message is sent in RTF (Rich Text Format) format and is not properly converted to HTML or Plain text.
