Hardware requirements

The minimum configurations required to use the solution are available in the System requirements documentation.

Depending on the update, the hardware must be resized to be compatible.

 

Hardware validation

Search for the Task Manager on the search bar.

On the Manager menu, click on Details arrowrgray Performance.

The memory validation always rounds the number.

 

Disk usage

It is necessary to have 100GB or more of free disk space.

 

To check the free disk space, open the file explorer on the search bar.

Then, click on This Computer and select which disk will be used.

According to the image below, disk C: does not have 100GB free:

Other units, such as disk D: and disk E:, can be used, if any.

 

▪Remember to meet the minimum requirements for the installation.

▪It is necessary to have a minimum of 100GB or more of free space, according to the number of users your system will have, as described in the System requirements document.
