SE Action on read-only mode

From this version onwards, it is no longer possible to execute tasks in SE Action. Existing tasks are no longer displayed in the task center.

Screens are available in read-only mode, and it is not possible to edit or to send occurrences and actions to the next step.

Restrictions established for previous versions have also been kept.
