From this version onwards, we have released the association of incidents with the customer data.

With this feature, it is possible to quickly view the incidents whose requester is the customer.

With this feature, it is possible to quickly view the problems whose requester is the customer.

 

 

Association with workflows

From this version onwards, we have released the association of workflows with the customer data.

With this feature, it is possible to quickly view the workflows whose requester is the customer.

 

 

Customer object as an attribute

From this version onwards, it is possible to create an attribute of the SoftExpert Suite object type, whose data type is the customer.

With this feature, the customer can use the list of registered customers as an attribute in any system component.
