During the system update process, it may be necessary to configure Apache Tomcat. For that, check whether your Tomcat is configured according to the steps below:

1.Execute the "Tomcat monitor" application (TOMCAT_HOME\bin\tomcat7w.exe);

2.At this point, the Tomcat configuration screen is displayed, access the Java tab and add the following parameters at the end of the Java Options field: -Duser.language=en -Duser.country=US, if they do not exist;

If necessary, in the "SoftExpert Suite - Installation Guide - Windows" document, check the other Apache Tomcat configurations, in the "Prerequisite activities arrowrgrayy Windows Setup arrowrgrayy Installation of Apache Tomcat" section.

Due to an export rule in the USA, the default installation of Java JDK has a limitation regarding encryption capacity. Thus, the JCE 7 (Java Cryptography Extension) extension package must be installed on the server in which the system is installed. The package is available in the "tools\thirdparties\oracle\java\UnlimitedJCEPolicyJDK7.zip" folder in the product installation directory. To perform the installation simply follow the steps described in the README.txt file available in the package.
