Previous  Top  Next

When user synchronization is started from the SE Identity application, SE Suite starts to monitor the synchronization processes in order to identify any interruptions or failures. In this situation, alerts will be shown to users after logging into SE Suite, guiding them about the problem and what should be done.

In the following table, the possible alerts SE Suite can display are displayed:

Solution

No user synchronization records were found through SE Identity. Please contact your system administrator.

Indicates that there is a domain recorded via SE Identity in SE Suite, however, no application-initiated synchronization records were found. Verify if the settings are correct in SE Identity, and if the application is run via operating system scheduling, try manually performing the connection test within the application to identify connection errors.

The last synchronization of users made by SE Identity ended with errors. Please contact the administrator to check the synchronizations.

Error details can be checked by accessing the synchronization history in Configuration arrowrgray Authentication (CM008) arrowrgray SE Identity history. It is also possible to obtain information on where the application is located (path and computer name), where the application logs are located.

The last user synchronization by SE Identity was executed more than 7 days ago. Please contact your system administrator for regularization.

It is recommended that the synchronization process is run at least once a week, otherwise, the system assumes something is preventing the synchronization process, especially in situations where the process is executed via operating system scheduling.

The SE Identity (X) version does not match the version available in SE Suite (Y). Please contact the administrator to update the SE Identity application.
