Removing link from users with a domain

Previous  Top  Next

It is possible to unlink a user from the domain, transforming it into an internal user. In this case, it will no longer be possible to authenticate with this user using the credentials maintained by the directory service, and it will be required to set an internal access password for it. It is possible to re-associate the user with a domain in a future synchronization by the value of the attribute for the first synchronization.

To unlink a user, access the SE Administration component arrowrgray File arrowrgray Organizational unit arrowrgray User (AD004) and click "Disassociate user":

It is also possible to use the unlink all users from a domain option by clicking on the clean button, similar to the disassociation option available in a user record, this is applicable to all users linked to the selected domains.

Remember that, after disassociating a user, they can only authenticate to SE Suite via internal authentication; therefore, the authentication mode must be enabled, and the user must have a password defined in their record, in SE Administration arrowrgray File arrowrgray Organizational unit arrowrgray User (AD004) arrowrgray General data section arrowrgray New password.
