Configuring employee attribute provisioning

Previous  Top  Next

The implementation of SE Suite SCIM allows the configuration and provisioning of employee attributes, data that is part of the employee profile record.

For the tool to automatically link the values to their respective attributes, the created attribute must be of the Indeterminate/Text(1) type and be duly linked to the Employee profile in the Administration arrowrgray General parameters (AD033)(1) component.

Configuring in Azure Active Directory

1.Access the provisioning tab of your Enterprise Application and the Provision Azure Active Directory Users option in the "Mappings" item.

2.Select the option to display advanced options and open the Edit attribute list for customappsso screen. It will be used to create the new custom attributes for SE Suite.

3.For each attribute that will be provisioned by Azure, a new custom attribute of the String type must be created with the template below.

urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:sesuite:2.0:User:attrib:{ATTRIBUTE ID}

For example:

urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:sesuite:2.0:User:attrib:shift

urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:sesuite:2.0:User:attrib:department

4.After this step, map as usual for any attribute in Attribute Mapping.

1 - Refer to the specific SE Administration component documentation for more information on creating attributes and associating them with the employee profile.
