Reporting problems

It is possible for the external user to report certain problems. To do so, perform the following steps:

 

1.Click on one of the configured portal cards and search for the "Report problems" card.

2.The card will list the possible problems to be reported. Expand it and click on the problem you wish to report.

3.The field to enter the descriptive problem title will be available for completion.

4.After filling it out, click on "Confirm".

5.At this point, the problem will be sent to the due internal SE Suite user.

6.It is possible for the internal user to return the problem as a to-do task, for you to fill out a form. In this case, you must execute the to-do task.
