Automatic filter between visions of the same analysis that is on the portal

Now, on a tab on the portal, whenever there are two or more visions of the same analysis, one of them will be able to trigger the filter to the other one. That makes the reading and the analysis of information on the portal easier. This filter is triggered, for example, when clicking on a "slice" of the pizza, which may represent a sector. This click will cause the application of a filter on the other visions and the listing of only the records related to that sector.

 

The visions that participate in the filters receive a blue outline when passing the mouse over them. As the filters are applied, it is possible to remove them/track them in a filter button that is automatically added to the card. Also, through a button over the card, it is possible to configure whether a certain vision should not participate in the filters.

Now, in the Analytics visions displayed on the portal, it is possible to configure a web page (URL) that must be opened whenever a piece of data is clicked. In the definitions of this URL, as for example: https://www.google.com.br/?q=<IDSUPPLIER>, the user must choose one or more parameters that must be sent. In the case of the URL in the example, the chosen parameter is IDSUPPLIER. Whenever the system identifies a click over a certain piece of data, and this piece is listed as the URL parameter, it will fill the URL with the clicked piece of data and will open it.

 

XLS export updated to support more than 65 thousand records

The XLS export format, which was limited to 65 thousand records, became XLSX with a support for over 1 million records.

 

Easier extraction of parts of a date

Now it is possible to easily apply functions in the date fields. When using a date field within OLAP, the system automatically applies the function Year and you have, for example, the year to year billing measurement. You may, if you wish, to apply other functions such as trimester, month, day, among others, and analyze the performance of your measurement in the chosen date part.

 

 

Option to combine graph types added

In OLAP it is now possible to define a series to be represented as line, another as column and another as area, which makes it easier to understand the graph. Just select the measurement and change the type for the graph to be automatically updated.

 

 

Support for stacked bars and columns added

Besides the existent grouped bar graph, it is possible now to stack the bars through the Display Stacked option.
