Some of your visions can have a great number of records, and it could take a long while to obtain the desired information. To solve this problem, now, on a tab screen in the portal, you can apply one or more filters directly to these visions.
Just click the magnifying glass placed over the vision and choose a field and value for the field. As the filter is filled in, the system will show you an estimate of the number of records that will be returned. If that is the case, you can add more filters or, then, click Filter to search for these records in the vision.
If you need to refine your search, just click the magnifying glass once more. To remove all filters, hover the mouse over the magnifying glass and click Remove all.
Use a portal to check the performance of your business, based on up-to-date information, so that you may be able to quickly act and adapt. To do that, now the Analytics visions displayed in the portal are automatically updated in the default interval of 30 minutes whenever there is a change in the data.
If needed, you can adjust this interval, without overloading the server, to ensure that the most up-to-date information is available to the final users. To perform this adjustment, edit your vision and go to Data Advanced
Automatic update.
