Priority for activities

Seeking to assist users in the prioritization of activities, the possibility of classifying the activity according to the definition of a priority has been made available in the system. The user can create a rule to set the priority that will support the analysis of which activity to perform. The feature can be configured in the standard activity and replicated for the plans and activities.

 

 

 

Kanban for activities under execution

With the objective of allowing a better view of the activities that are to be performed in a certain period of time, a new portal was made available in the system with Kanban structure. The feature enables the company to be aware of the current workload of a team/position, demonstrating the completed activities, running, pending activities and having a vision of who is performing each activity.

The feature still has the interaction with the cards, allowing users to associate activities for themselves as well as to perform it, directly through the Portal.

The Kanban vision can be configurable by components, view period and teams, which allows greater flexibility on which activities will be presented. The Kanban still makes it possible to have within the same vision the activities of Verification, Maintenance and Calibration in case the user wants to have a view of components.

 

 

 

Storage place presentation in plan view

For assistance in analyzing the plans, it was made available in the list of the plan view menu and also in Analytics the information related to the physical location of the asset associated with that plan. The information is available even for plans that have multiple assets.

 

Downtime record for multiple assets

In order to facilitate the registration of the downtime record, it was made available in the system the possibility of creating a downtime record for multiple assets. With this feature, the user can create the downtime record of different assets at one go. When you close the record, the user may choose to close the downtime of all assets at the same time or perform the individual closure.

 

 

Output improvements for usage

▪Output for use with structure asset: when performing the output for the use of an asset that has a structure, the system now presents the entire structure of the asset so that the user can perform the movement of the whole set or select the desired records.

▪Event addressee section: If desired, you may enter the user who will be responsible for the equipment as a first option. Thus, the system automatically fills the area field according to the user's default department. Previously, it was necessary to first define the department to only then define the user, which could generate doubts if the department of that user was unknown.

 

Attribute visualization in the view assets screen

In order to broaden the means of analysis for view assets, the possibility of using asset attributes as an additional column for research was added in this search. Thus, it is possible to carry out the analysis with information filled during the creation of the asset. The feature also allows the attributes added as a column to be available as well in the SE Analytics analysis.

 

 

Edit asset through structure

Added the possibility to edit an asset that is part of the structure of an upper level asset directly through the screen of the structure. With this feature, if the user is part of the team responsible for the asset, it becomes possible to edit the data of a lower level asset without the need to perform a new search for that asset.

SE Process

With this feature, when associating an asset as a resource to a process or process activity, the system automatically lists the processes or activities that use the asset as a resource on the active data.

 

 

SE Risk

With this feature, when creating a risk plan for the asset, the system automatically lists the risks associated with the asset on the active data. The feature allows the visualization of the asset and risks associated with its structure.

 

 

Hyperlink for activity data from Analytics

With the objective of broadening the possibilities of analysis, it is now possible through an Analytics view to access the related activity data. With this feature, the user manages to reach the level of details of the activity analyzed, without the need to have to perform a new view of the component.

 

Asset label report

Developed a new report for the system with the possibility of generating labels for the assets. The report allows the inclusion of basic equipment information as well as its barcode.
