Evaluation data in audit report

Until the 2.0.10 version, the requirements were printed in a report apart and were not presented in the Audit data report. For the version 2.0.11, the option to print the detailing of requirements with data from its evaluation was implemented. In this way, when the evaluation criterion is qualitative, a summary will also be printed with chart demonstration of the number of requirements and occurrences per level of conformity.

 

 

Audit plan view

Through this menu, it is possible to view the audit plans, quickly viewing the information of the last audit and its result, as well as the expected date of the next audit. In the third quadrant, all audits of the selected audit plan are presented.

 

 

 

Requirement security application

From the version 2.0.11, the security of the requirement type, of the SE Requirement, is applied in the auditing at all locations where the requirements are listed and viewed.

 

Extra fields in the audit requirements evaluation XLS file

In order to guide the auditor during the audit, an improvement was implemented that, when exporting the audit criterion requirements for evaluation in an XLS file, the weight and description of each requirement will also be exported.
