Audit project

From 2.0.12, it is possible to create audit projects through integration between SE Audit and SE Project. With this improvement, it will be possible to create templates and projects to customize audits, define criteria and auditors directly in the project data and, through the GanttChart, it will be possible to create steps and activities that will progress. By using custom statuses, it is possible to configure which audit data can be edited at each step, where the work program will be described and detailed and in which activities the audit will be performed.

Choose the executors and use all the native features of the SE Project, such as user allocation and timesheet. In addition to creating detailed audit flows, it is possible to group the auditing projects into programs for a master project, for example, annual audit program.

Audit status portal

A portal is available for viewing audits, grouped by possible statuses, thus displaying the vision of the step in which each audit is found. The portal will display the audits of the SE Audit and the audit projects.

Unifying execution and preparation task

The preparation and execution steps of the audit are now displayed in the execution task, with the proper identification of the step in which they are located. The activities of the pending audit projects will also be displayed in this task, thus centralizing the preparation and execution work in one place.

Unifying approval tasks

Various approvals of the audit steps are now displayed in a single task, with proper identification of the step in which it is located. The planning and closure approvals of audit projects will also be displayed in this task.

Improved audit execution with multiple reference requirements

Now, in SE Audit, it is possible to build your work program through the audit criterion, using as a basis a reference requirement from SE Requirement, which can be, such as, a standard in which the company is certified. In the audit criterion, it is possible to add specific audit requirements and also associate library requirements for good internal practices, for example. As in the SE Requirement, it is possible to configure the security by requirements type, SE Audit interprets these security rules, displaying to the logged user only the permitted requirements. If a structural change is made to the audit criterion, the user is alerted, not to delete or move without wanting, the requirements that are not displayed to it.

Improved view and tracking of the audit status

Until the previous version, it was informed in the view that the audit was in approval, but it was not clear what the current step of that audit was. It has been improved to clearly display this status, informing, for example, that the audit is in the audit execution approval.
