Allow to edit team responsible for executing calibration activity

Implementation of the possibility for the responsible parties, when planning a calibration activity, to define, then, the team that will be responsible for executing the activity.

Activity associated with the calibration plan

Creation of a parameter in the system to control the planning of activities according to the due date of the calibration plan. Through this parameter, the user can keep the current behavior of the system, choose to notify the responsible party for planning the activity that the planned date is after the plan due date, or even block the planning of activities with dates after the plan due date.
