Wrap text function in capture processing

A new "Wrap text" function was added to the capture processing. With this position, it is possible to wrap a text obtained from a source, using a delimiter character, and setting a number (position) corresponding to the excerpt you wish to use. For example, if the source field is the value “12345;proposal;user”, defined as the delimiter character ";" and the position 1 is set, the system will wrap the text as follows:

▪Position 1: 12345 (this will be the used value)

▪Position 2: proposal

▪Position 3: user

 

 

Extract text function in capture processing

Another new function added to the capture processing is "Extract text", where it is possible to extract a number of characters from a given character. For example, if the source field is the value 00035PROP71 and the initial character is set to 6 and number of characters 4, the final value will be PROP.

 

 

File capture by email

In addition to the hot folder, now SE Capture also enables the monitoring of an email box to capture the images attached to the emails. The formats that will be captured are configured by the user, in the same way as the hot folder configuration is performed.

 

 

PDF as capture input

When the capture configuration is of "Image" type, it will also be possible to capture PDF files, either from hot folder, manually on batch, or email monitoring.

 

Analytics to view batches

Now, it is possible to perform several stratifications with the capture batch data through SE Analytics.

 

 

Webservice for capture batch deletion

From this version, there is a new web service method to delete a batch from SE Capture.
