Release Notes

Increased admin password security

The administrator user has access to all the configuration resources of the SE Suite. To avoid malicious user actions, we have increased security criteria for the password of this user. When the administrator user authenticates the tool, it is verified if the current password meets the new security criteria, if it does not, it will be prompted for a password reset.

In a new installation of the SE Suite, you will be prompted for the password definition for the admin user, and this must meet the new security criteria.

Ease on importing users

New template allows you to schedule imports of users with a single worksheet. In addition to the user's registration information, it is possible to enter the user's department, teams, and access permission, informing one or more access groups.

Explanatory guide for authentication and synchronization mechanisms of users

New documentation available to assist users and consultants in the understanding of which shapes are available on the product to import and authenticate users on the tool.

New web service for the removal of user access group

SOAP integrations with the system can now remove access groups that were previously linked to users.

More user information and search options when viewing the system access history

In the Session History view (CM021) of the SE Suite is now possible to view the user's full name, position, and default department to whom he/she belongs to. You can also list the user accesses of a particular department or team through the advanced filters.

Minimum space availability for installation or update

To prevent the installation or update process of the product from being interrupted during execution, a validation was added before performing the operation that verifies if the selected local drive has a minimum available space (Windows 10GB and Linux 5GB).

System scheduling filter by date and time

New filter by date and time allows you to accurately view programmed or executed schedules in the system.

Automatic single Sign-On

You can now configure the system to perform automatically integrated authentication, so when accessing the system, or clicking on a specific link the user is automatically authenticated without the need to click the "Integrated Authentication" button.

This resource is available for the Kerberos SSO and SAML 2.0 (ADFS) authentication protocols
