Integration with Office 365 online

You can now configure Office 365 online to perform the collaborative editing of the electronic files while revising the documents. This way, the file will be opened through the browser in the Microsoft online editor. To close a revision, the files are stored again in the SE document. If the category is configured to convert to PDF, when you end the revision, the file will be converted to PDF also by the online service. Some locks like: Save locally, print and watermark are not permitted in this integration.

 

 

Improvements in the integration with Google Docs

Now the system makes the print and download blocking on Google Docs, according to the permission configuration of the document, in addition to performing the conversion to PDF if the category is configured and also adds watermark to printing.

 

Widget to preview document

A widget has been made available where the user can add the preview of a PDF document to the portal, allowing the user to present an important document directly in the portal to their collaborators.

 

Execution of the request by department, position, department/position or team

Now the document creation execution request can be performed by department, position, department/position, or team, giving more flexibility to customers using the resource.

 

Allow associating a revision in the document association for Workflow

You can now run the publication acknowledgment task through the mobile version. When visualizing the electronic file, the system will open the file in the editor that is configured on the smartphone.

 

 

Mobile revision execution

You can now run the revision execution task (review, approval, and revision release) through the mobile version. When visualizing the electronic file, the system will open the file in the editor that is configured on the smartphone. The draft task cannot be executed yet.

 

 

Verify outdated FileManager when initializing the system

When you initialize the system, if there is some outdated FileManager service, the system will issue an alert to users, so that the system administrator updates the service before any problems occur for lack of updating.
