Display ID # and revision date in the Form Designer

In this version, it has been made available a new field in the items palette to show in form the date and revision number of the form.

Dynamic entity audit trail

From this version the add, edit, and delete dynamic entities records actions will be stored in the audit trail. This way it is possible to maintain the changes history.

Improvement in tracking the form entity release

From this version you can view the release time, as well as preview the releases in descending chronological order. The log details have also been improved to facilitate understanding.
