Function in the formulas to search for the process status
Starting in this version, it is possible to search for the instance status to make decisions in the form rules. Example: enable and require fields when the status is “approval”. That way, it is possible to specify conditions for the status regardless of the task in execution.
Task execution with mobile form
Now it is possible to view the form fields in the task execution in mobile devices and fill in the comments field. In the form modeling, it is possible to view the layout for mobile devices and hide fields or sections without having to change the current form. |
