Requester role

Starting in this version, the Requester role was created, that is, a native field that may be used in process instances that are dealing with demands, requests, tickets, among others. For example, the "executor" will oversee the record status, referencing the actual requester for future treatments.

 

 

It is also possible to set process comments as restricted for the Requester, in addition to requester formulas that can be created through the Form Designer screen.

 

 

New integration options with SE Asset and SE Maintenance

In this version, new functionalities were incremented for the integrations with SE Asset and SE Maintenance. From an asset associated with a Workflow (Incident or Problem), it is possible to execute a check-out for usage event and/or create/associate maintenance activities (Corrective or Programmed).
