Link with process characteristics

With the possibility of associating characteristics directly when creating a process (SE Process), the characteristic structure in component SE PDM was changed to reflect those characteristics, without the need of intervention by the user. That way, from the moment the process is associated with the item, the system will list those characteristics automatically when creating the Item and/or Item family, allowing the user to define only once the characteristics that are exclusive of the process, regardless of the related item.

The new characteristic structure now contains:

▪Item: item characteristics.

▪Item x Process: specific process characteristics for the item.

▪Process: process characteristics from SE Process.
