To meet several requests from customers, usability improvements were developed in this version, mainly functional improvements to generate new graphical visions. Among the functional improvements, the following stand out:
▪Create charts with values in the accumulation frequency, for example, if the indicator frequency is monthly and its accumulation is biannual, it is possible to create a chart showing only the biannual frequency and the accumulated values;
▪Customize the options to color the chart background according to the score values;
▪Configuration of the secondary axis of the chart series.
Starting in this version, it is possible to create a Scorecard and define the access security from the SE Suite default import. In this import, the Scorecards are created from a Scorecard template defined by the user.
Document "SE Suite - Integration guide" describes the procedures to be followed when filling in the fields to create and define the Scorecard security.
Aiming to improve the usability of the indicator input target and measurement screen, some functional and ergonomic improvements were made. That way, the information that will be displayed on the screen were standardized, in addition to functional improvements such as thousandth separator when entering very long values.
In this version, ergonomic improvements were made to separate the general parameters in the view profile and the column configurations. Implementation of the functionality that allows displaying only the name of the indicator/element in the Scorecard structure. This parameter is optional, enabling to configure the display of the name or ID # along with the name in the Scorecard structure (current default).
On the indicator data screen of the Scorecard planning, for user with access permission to edit the Scorecard, it is possible to delete the pending change explanations. The system automatically generates the change explanations for the indicators with the parameter enabled.
Aiming at meeting several requests, some improvements were made to the creation of ranges, such as:
▪Disable a range for the inactive ranges not to be available when creating new indicators, that way it is not necessary to remove the range from all indicators to disable its use;
▪Duplicate a range to make the creation of new ranges quicker, thus enabling the creation of a copy of an existing range;
▪Make available, in the range data, information about the indicators, elements, and Scorecard using the range.
In this version, the screen to associate documents and attachments with the data of the Scorecard elements was made available. From this association, it is possible to add procedures, minutes, and documents in general with the strategic objectives and perspectives of the organization.
Starting in this version, when opening the indicator detail screen, it is possible to view the charts configured on the Graph analysis screen. To use this functionality, it is first necessary to associate the charts generated in the Graph analysis on the Scorecard indicator data screen. Once the Graph analysis charts are available, when opening the indicator detail screen, it will then be necessary to configure, in the View profile, tab "Indicator/element details", to view the graph analysis.
