Mobile start and execution

In the same way as for SE Workflow, this version is available with the option to start and run incident activities from mobile devices.

 

 

The same restrictions, pertaining to the use of inclusive forms, are applicable.

 

 

Resources control

Using the tool already available previously for other components, from this version, there is one more option when dealing with automated process management. With the new functionality now also available for the process automation components (SE Workflow, SE Incident, and SE Problem), it resulted in a more resource-focused view of the workload distribution.

 

For process managers and/or team leaders who need to perform a management of the resources involved in carrying out the tasks of these processes, this new option will assist in evaluating the allocation of these and allow a quick decision-making while redistributing and prioritizing the tasks.

 

 

Through the information of times mapped in the process activities and a vision per period of the tasks assumed, it is possible to have a projection of possible bottlenecks and effect the change of responsible parties and deadlines of these tasks to contribute to the fluidity of processes.

 

 

Loss event

Operational risk events are those arising from failures or inadequacy of persons, processes, systems and external events, which may cause undesirable impacts on the result, either through expenses incurred or by the decrease in revenue. This concept is widely used in financial institutions and insurers, where they need to establish criteria for records and controls in addition to their need for annual reporting (usually) for regulators (BACEN, SUSEP, ORIC, ORX, etc.).

In this scenario, from this version, SE Suite is providing additional tooling in incident and problems management that, based on these concepts, allow improving the form of record and controls of operational losses events.

A new form container option has been made available, where specific business rules are carried out, thus facilitating the entire configuration process previously needed. This new feature already includes a structuring of direct integration with the operational risks with regard to the evaluation of these as criteria of manifestation.
