Release Notes

Improved form import

Some improvements were made in the form import: It is now possible to keep the same ID # of the foreign key field of the relationship. In cases when the ID # is already used, the system also shows the new ID # in a listing at the end of the import. In that way, it becomes much more productive to reuse SE Analytics cubes and specific reports.

Attachment container in the form

From this version, it is possible to add attachments directly to the workflow form without the need to access the side navigation (left). A new container component was made available in the form item palette, similar to the existing Action plan and Cause analysis. When using the attachment container when using the attachment container the system starts to display the grid/attachment table in the form, improving usability for users when performing a task. It is important to point out that this new component is only available for use together with Problem/Incident/Workflow.

Fields with long integers in the dynamic entity

It is now possible to create fields of the long number type (integer) in the form entity. This new type of field supports storing integers with 16 digits.

Formula to block form grid buttons

It is now possible to control individually via formula the buttons (add, edit, and delete) from the grid of the form. In that way, it is possible to configure the form so that in a given Workflow task, it is only needed to edit the grid records by disabling the add and delete record options.
