An Android application has been developed where it is possible to browse between the document categories and view the documents that the user has access to and wishes to view.
It is also possible to check documents to be available locally (off-line). In that way, users can view them even if they do not have a connection to the internet or the company network where SE Suite is run. When the user is online, the application will update the off-line documents with their most recent versions automatically.
It is often difficult to know whether a user has a particular permission on a document or not because often the permission is given by team or department, for example. There is also the possibility of using security rules that are based on the metadata (attributes) of the document. Considering this difficulty, a listing of the per-user permissions was made available in the document data. It also allows locating the desired user more easily by using a filter.
From this version, it will be possible to configure in the action of an activity, the mandatory digital signature. In that way, the user will not be able to release the activity without the Workflow documents being digitally signed.
If the integration with Google is enabled, in the view document menu, the option to view the electronic file via Google Drive will be displayed. This option will also be displayed when an electronic file converted to PDF is accessed.
In PDF files, it is possible to add a digital signature stamp. With that, if the file is printed, some data pertaining to the subscription will be presented. The stamp is always added on the last page of the file.
