View of assets linked to the requester

For instances with the “Requester” resource enabled, from this version, the user's card will display direct access to the list of assets linked to it (check-out for usage performed), thus, making it easier, for the execution to meet the IT demands/calls.

Check-in from usage in the asset associations

Service status, such as the exchange of equipment or even maintenance, are facilitated from this version, since in addition to performing exit movement for use (loan) of equipment, it is possible to implement the return of equipment in cases of replacement or collection for maintenance, directly through the execution of activities in the process instances. To do so, simply enable the new option in the configuration pertaining to asset associations in the processes.

Blocking associationsyoutube_play_24

Now, the associations between the components based on processes automation can be treated as blockers in the sense of the strong relationship of these associations. Indicating that a Workflow association, Incident or Problem is blocking, the original flow is kept in standby while waiting for the execution of the associated or added flow (ad hoc sub-process). This type of resource must be used in case of recurrence status when a request (in a general manner) has its handling in progress or even completed (in views of validation).

Additionally, you can configure what type of action ("jump" in the process), the flow should follow after the closing of the blocking process.
