Product inspection during production

From this version, the SE Inspection module will have a unique menu to perform product inspections during production. This improvement comes against a need to have an environment exclusively aimed at recording the tests that are performed during the manufacture of the product on the shop floor. All data to be used as information to carry out the tests during its production will be recorded in the characteristics of the item in SE PDM.

 

 

When the inspection of the product is initiated in the SE Inspection, all the required tests (according to the technical specification of the product) will be related, with the necessary frequencies, quantity of samples and other information necessary for the execution of the tests besides being possible to define which user or team will be responsible for each test.

 

 

All test records that are run on the product during its production (linked to a production order or not) will be in the same environment.

 

 

Data such as machines and tools used in the manufacture of the product and instruments used to perform the tests can be viewed and/or changed if necessary.
