New features for running smartphone activities
For this version, two new features were added to be executed directly by the smartphone:
▪Timesheet*: with this functionality, the user is able to point out his spent hours in the activity as well as the other resources that were involved in the task.
▪Add materials*: with this functionality, the user is able to point out the supplies that were spent for the execution of the activity.
* The functionalities are not available for the customers that use the integration with SE Storeroom for control of inputs and/or that use the integration with SE Time control for the timesheet. |
Executing the storeroom output event through activity
For customers who do not have the storeroom role in their organization but want to conduct inventory control through the storeroom, in the system was made available a parameter for the activity to update the status of the event according to the flow of the specific activity. So, when you finish an activity, the system itself will finish the output events, avoiding the user having to access the SE Storeroom component to accomplish this task. The feature is valid for events that do not have approval flow.
Adding service request information to activity analytics
In order to facilitate the analysis of maintenance activities that have a service request, for the Analytics of the view activities, the fields related to the SE Request component have been added. This way, the user can cross-reference the maintenance activity with the service request.
Change in the edition of the output event when there is integration with maintenance, verification, and calibration activities
For the customers that use the integration of SE Storeroom with the activities of maintenance, calibration, and verification, some changes were made in the edition of the data of the event during the flow of the event. These changes were necessary so that the activity and event could reflect the same status. From this version, the user can only enter actual values if the activity is running and the output event is already in issue. For the prediction of the output event, the user can add new items only if the activity is under programming.
Automatic creation of activities
Seeking to facilitate automatic creation of activities, a new parameter has been added to the creation configuration on the plan data screen. With this parameter enabled, the system will continue to create plan activities, even if there are pending activities for it.
