Associating assets of "Equipment" type in the item

When talking about the item (product), it is natural that, in some situations, one wonders which equipment manufactures which. With this in mind, in this version, it will be possible to associate, in addition to the tooling used in the fabrication (an association that already exists in the component), which equipment performs the manufacture of the item, expanding the possibilities in the SE PDM.

 

 

Associating "Product technical specification" with the item

It is natural that the item recorded in SE PDM, when it comes to manufactured products, has a technical standard associated with it (Technical specification). With this in mind, from this version, a field was made especially for this reference.

 

 

Creating product technical specification data

In order to be able to perform inspections during production, it is necessary that all the information of the test to be performed are available to the user who will perform the inspection. These tests have, for the most part, important information for the execution of the test and should be present for viewing at the time of its execution. Therefore, from this version, it will be possible to record the main information defined in the technical specifications in the characteristic of the item. Thus, in the planning of the "inspection during production", in the SE Inspection, all this information will be available to the user who will perform the inspection of the product, facilitating the execution and access to data essential for the perfect conduction and traceability of the test.

 

 

Creating specification and test attributes

The SE Inspection has gained a better feature for recording inspections during production. To meet this demand, from this version, in the characteristic record in SE PDM, there is a new option, called "Inspection". In, it is possible to create Specification attributes (which are information necessary for the execution of the test) and Test attributes (which are necessary fields that are filled during the inspection record).
