A new option of inclusion of indicators using a simplified range was added, that is, without the need to create and parameterize the track configuration, thus facilitating the process of creating indicators. By using the simplified range, you may choose the number of items, the symbol set, and set the target achievement percentages for each range item. However, because it is a simplified track, it is not possible to change the score and color of the range items, as well as to apply a formula for calculating the percentage and accumulated range, in these situations, it is recommended to create a normal range of the system.
New widgets have been made available for use in the portals, which allow displaying the measurement, percentage or score values of the indicators and elements in a number format, being possible to compare them with previous periods, besides displaying the banner symbol and using color value display.
From this version, it is possible to use the additional values of the indicator and its accumulations in the target and measurement formulas. In this way, for example, you may create formulas to calculate the average between values of the additional fields of the period and the accumulated ones, without the need to create sub-indicators specifically for this calculation.
To facilitate the organization and understanding of the record and maintenance of scorecard elements and indicators, new data screens have been created for these items.
A new import form for the indicator, element, target/measurement, scorecard, wizard format, was added which guides the user on how to import through a customized and more intuitive spreadsheet.
Note: The import of target/measurement when executed through the spreadsheet import, until version 2.0.12 was executed by the STINTERFACE table, and from 2.0.13 will be executed by the ADINTERFACE table. If the record creation import was made directly into the STINTERFACE data pool, it will continue to be imported through the scheduling created in the scheduling configuration menu (ST041). However, it is recommended that this import is made by ADINTERFACE, according to the "STRVALUES - Import of target/measurement of indicators" topic in the Integration guide document. |
The option of creating links between strategic maps was made available. This option is displayed in the strategic map when selecting the element where you wish to add the link, then just select the desired strategic map.
When you place the cursor on an item (other than column type) associated with an indicator or element, you will see some information about the indicator/element, such as the ID # and name, percentage (in the case of elements), and target and measurement value (in the case of indicator), in addition to the period being displayed.
