Improvement of 3rd  quadrant

To facilitate the access to information, to the screens that have information regarding maintenance plan, the third quadrant was added, with the history of activities related to the plan. Route executions history was also added to the third quadrant of the maintenance route plans.

 

The screens where they were added are:

▪Maintenance View Plan

▪Maintenance Management Activity scheduling

▪Maintenance Management Preventive maintenance plan

▪Maintenance Management Maintenance route plan

 

Activity status was improved

A new status was developed in the system, for maintenance activities. Now "To be started" status is available between the activity programming end step and the execution start. The status was created with the aim of programming several activities and sending them to execution, not needing to have a date to start execution. Thus, user can define all the activities of a specific period and select "to be started" status for them. Responsible user should execute the activities, according to what has been planned. The status provides even better visibility to those activities that are actually under execution over those that are waiting to be started.

 

The structure that shows those that are responsible for the activity was improved

To increase the possibilities to configure activities, the possibility to determine different responsibility teams was added to the Plan, Programming and Execution of maintenance activity. Thus, it is possible to differentiate for example, the responsible teams for programming an activity and those responsible for executing them.

 

Send activities to the next step in batch

A requirement to send activities in batch to the next step, was developed. Thus, user will be able to select several activities and send all of them to the next step at once, such as programming approval.
