The main functionalities of this version are the Scorecard Book and Indicator datasheet reports. The reports are available in the Scorecard and Indicator views.
For report execution, user can select the information he wishes to see; a screen displays to select the report parameters before the execution. It is also possible to specify the period to print the data.
After the system parameters have been selected, the system generates the report that contains much information about Scorecard, such as all indicators and elements associated with the Scorecard. Charts are printed based on the configuration applied to view profile. The first information of the Scorecard Book is about the indicators that have measurement deviation and the events under execution at that moment.

As requested by customers, in this version it is possible to generate values such as N/A (not applicable) for approval. The user who has permission, can enter N/A measurement value for approval. "Extend target period" functionality was made available to entry values “under approval”.
The Indicator/Element Details screens, have countless functionalities to associate and register attachments and comments. Any user who has view permission to access Indicator/Element can edit them. This aspect was improved to restrict comment and association edition in the Indicator/Element Details screen. One more security level was created, called “Edit (Indicator Details)” or “Edit (Element Details)”.
For instance, if the customer wants only one team to enter comments for indicator, he should attribute Edition security (Indicator details) to this team.
In the Portal “Indicator list” it is possible to order the visualization of selected indicators to be displayed in the Portal. Besides this improvement, a selection by list was implemented in the screen used to associate Indicators with "Indicator list".
If indicators are not in order, the system uses indicators the order configured in Scorecard Planning.
