Maintenance route report

To allow greater control over the history of activities related to maintenance routes, in the plan view and in the maintenance route creation menu, the maintenance route report has been made available. Through this report, it is possible to view the existing steps in the plan, whose objects and execution history are related.

Link between activities

Aiming to create a relationship between maintenance activities and verification and calibration activities, a new option called Link has been added to the system in the ribbon. By means of the activity link, the users may relate, with the maintenance activity, other maintenance activities which were generated from that maintenance. The system allows the association of already existing maintenance activities. It also allows the user to create new maintenance activities directly through the activity data screen. Then, when viewing an activity, it is simpler for users to check whether there are other activities related to the one being viewed, as well as to check whether the activity in question comes from another maintenance, verification, or calibration activity, thus allowing the view of all its data without the need to perform new views.

Suggested frequency for maintenance plans

For the configuration of standard activities, the frequency suggestion options for the calibration plans associated with the activity have been added. When creating a new plan, if the frequency configurations are filled in the standard activity, the plan will now copy that information, allowing the user to map execution frequencies by activity/equipment type. Then, the user may create several plans from the activity and have the execution frequency already filled in.

Activity duration matrix

To allow an analysis of WOs and their execution times, in the maintenance view, a matrix which will cross the information regarding number of activities x duration has been made available. With that, the users are able to quickly check their organization status, thus allowing the centralization of improvement/correction actions, at first, in the most critical points. The matrix may be totally configured by the user, and it will always be made available according to the filters applied in the search. By clicking the matrix results, the user may also access the list with the related activities, in addition to the data of each activity.
