From this version, it is possible to choose the gauge display related to the period or to the accumulations of the indicator. The gauge titles have been revised to inform, mainly in the accumulations, the range the accumulation is referring to. For example, the image below displays the gauge of a yearly accumulation, referring to the interval between January and October 2016. The gauge title is A – 2016 (Jan-Oct).
Scorecard calculation status
The need to display the Scorecard calculation execution status has been identified. It is represented by the CS column in the view of the Scorecard execution logs. The Scorecard status has three situations: WAITING for the calculation to finish, calculation executed with SUCCESS, or ERROR in the execution of the Scorecard calculation.
Two new Scorecard configuration parameters are available. They mean to "lock" the update of the values of targets and measurements with dates before the current date. For example, if in November and the "Allow the update of retroactive values?" option is configured as "No", then the user may not update the value of the target with a date before November, and may not update the measurement value before October.
The "Use the range status score?" parameter, when an element has target achievement percentage calculations, may be used in the cases in which the users does NOT wish the system to calculate the pondered average of the indicator scores. In those cases, the system retrieves the score value that was configured in the range item.
This version makes available the security configuration for creation and edition of indicators. The security configuration follows the same configuration standard from SE Suite.
As requested by several customers, in this version, it is possible to configure an approval route only in the cases of target and measurement update. The approval route rule continues the same; however, the value will only enter the approval route when a target or measurement value is updated.
Aiming to improve the usability and functionality of the indicator detail screen, the start period selection component has been changed along with the end period selection component. Now, there is a button to filter the screen of a new interval next to the "End" field. On that same screen, there is a link to the "Upper element", i.e., with the link to the upper level of the structure it is possible to check the indicator objective status without having to leave the screen.
Disable an event
From this version, it is possible to disable the execution of an event. An inactive event will not generate an Incident, Problem, Workflow, or send an e-mail. With this option, the event does not need to be removed from the indicators, simply disable it and evaluate its use in the future. In the configuration of events, it is possible to check which indicators use each event.
