Copy of attribute values from the initiative to the project

To make it easier to create projects from initiatives, the copy of the attribute values from the initiative to the project has been implemented. The attribute values will be copied when a new project is being created to meet the initiative and when the project attributes are the same as the ones used in the initiative.
