Create maintenance plan activities automatically

To facilitate the work of programming activities related to preventive maintenance plans and maintenance route plans, the user may now configure the automatic creation of the activities in this plan. That way, the user may define the anticipation period for the creation of this activity, based on the plan deadline and whether the activity will be generated in the programming step or in the execution step, with the "To be started" status.

 

 

Specific executor for maintenance activities

To increase the controls over the execution of activities, it is now possible to define a specific user to execute them. With this functionality, it is possible to limit the activities through the tasks menu according to responsibilities. The execution menu still has the same behavior, listing the activities for the whole team; however, when editing the record, the system will update the executor field and the activity history.

 

 

Improvement in the reading of variables through the activity

To improve the ergonomics of the reading of variables through the activity, the reading structure was modified for the user to be able, when saving the record, to have the reading of the next variable enabled.
