Based on customer requests, starting in this version, the system contains functions that allow extracting values from the quantity of started, finished, and cancelled instances and their average time - expressed in elapsed time or working hour. These functions are available in the indicator formulas.
A function that returns the number of instances started in the period of a determined process with the possibility of being filtered by the starter user was made available.

Functions that return the number of instances finished/cancelled in the period of a determined process with the possibility of being filtered by the starter user, instance status, and priority were made available.
▪Improvement in the indicator import templates (STRMETRIC) for the import of qualitative indicators;
▪Improvement in the scorecard element import template (STRSCITEM) to enter the element weight;
▪Improvement in the scorecard element import template (STRSCMETRIC) to enter whether the indicator weight is or is not fixes, and the weight value;
Functions that return the execution average time in minutes - either the elapsed time or in working hours - of instances finished/cancelled in the period of a determined process with the possibility of being filtered by the starter user, instance status, and priority were made available.
On the measurement approval data screen, the value of the target (when existent) of the period corresponding to the measurement that will be approved was made available. That way, the approver may also check this information without having to access other screens.
In the data of a process flowchart, in SE Process, the system now displays the icons that refer to the measurement and accumulations of the last measured period. That way, it is easier for the user to the search for this information, without having to access the indicator details.
Starting in this version, it is possible to use the formula function of Analytics for analyses generated by the view operations of any SE Suite component.
