Possibility to create formulas based on time period
In the indicators formulas, two new functions were made available: one that returns the start date of the period that is calculated, and another that returns the end date of the period that will be calculated. In that way, it will be possible to create different formulas according to the period.
Changes in the framework associated with the scorecard
For frameworks that are already being used in scorecards, changes to their general data are now allowed, making it possible to select items that were not selected, or to add new elements in the framework.
History when indicator is disabled
From this version, it will be displayed in history when the indicator is disabled or enabled.
Flexibility in the frequencies of 2nd accumulation of indicators
From this version, it is possible to parameterize the second accumulation of the indicator with all the frequencies available in the first accumulation, independent of this.
Validations when removing a sub-indicator from an indicator
The system will inform when there is an attempt to remove a sub-indicator that is being used in the indicator formula, this operation cannot be performed.
New indicator history
The new indicator history interface has been made available, where it is possible to make comments, including quoting other users, who will receive notifications in SE Suite.
Improved feedback when the user does not have data and indicator values view permission
If the user does not have the view permission of the indicator values, an informative message from that status is displayed to the user.
Validation of range item configurations when releasing revision
When you release a revision of the range, validations are added to ensure that the configurations of the items are correct.
Sublevels for the security of records and responsible
In the scorecard indicator, scorecard security, indicator type, and indicator security, when adding a Department, it is possible to assign the security controls as well, to all sub-levels.
Informative icons in the target/measurement input
In the input target/measurement screen, informative icons have been added to the value columns, which indicate whether the user is not allowed to add values, whether there is a formula for the field, or whether the value is automatically fed by the system.
Listing of where the attribute is used
In the attribute data, a listing is displayed showing which records of SE Performance, the attribute is being used.
Scorecard calculation alerts and log
If there is a problem in the scorecard calculation, an alert icon appears and an informative log is displayed, facilitating the indicator identification and the reason for the problem so that the correction actions in the records/formulas/etc. are taken.
