Based on the request of several clients, in this version it is possible to configure a single access security profile for indicators and elements in the Scorecard. On the Scorecard data screen, the user chooses the option to customize security or adopt a single standard for the Scorecard. In the previous versions, there was only the customized configuration, in which it was required to configure the security of all the Scorecard items. This option simplifies such configuration in Scorecards that have only one group responsible for the indicators.
Many companies adopt a standard that, regardless of the indicator measurement, it is required to justify the obtained value. To meet such need and make it easier to configure events, the Any values rule has been implemented, in which an event will be generated for the indicator regardless of the value entered for it.
From this version on it is possible to configure the calculation of several Scorecards in a single scheduling. That way, the calculation of more critical Scorecards may be scheduled to be executed more than once a day, leaving the calculation of the other Scorecards to another scheduling.
Aiming to improve the display of charts with big numbers, the option to abbreviate values in thousands, mi (millions), and bi (billions) has been made available. The values are abbreviated according to the user language. When viewing the chart in English, the abbreviation will be K (thousand), M (Million), and B (Billion). For example, the value 1,540.200.00 is displayed 1,54 M.
