Problem reporting in the format of card

Aiming to standardize the starting of processes (instances), also in SE Problem, the “Report a problem” screen (PB005) has been modified to the card format, as it already existed for SE Workflow directly. In addition to keeping a standard, this functionality allows to better structure the management of the organization problems hierarchically. For that also, the requirement to associate a process template while creating a “Problem type” (PB010) has been removed:

Improvement in the Ishikawa modeler (Fishbone)

Aiming to improve the ergonomics of the analysis tool, the way to associate the cause with the category has been modified and, in the properties, the object is updated as the changes are made (the Save button has been removed).
