Use an image file to define the process AS-IS

From this version on it is possible to create a process and define an image, replacing the flowchart. Such image represents the design of the process from other systems, thus allowing a full traceability of the origin of the process. When revising the process, it is possible to switch to SE Suite flowchart and keep the image as history in the initial revision.

 

Process evaluation

Aiming to identify the critical processes of the company, process evaluation has been implemented. It is now possible to configure the evaluation by combining quantitative criteria and displaying the result in a matrix. This functionality allows total flexibility in process evaluation, complying with COSO - Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission.

 

 

 

 

Association of causes in the activities

Implemented the association of causes in the process activities, thus allowing to identify possible failures in their execution. It is also possible to use analysis tools, which enable a graphical view.
