Requester role

Starting in this version, the Requester role was created. Native field that may be used in process instances that treat problems from demands, requests, tickets, among others. In that case, the "executor" will perform the due record of the status, referencing the actual requester of the status for future treatments.

 

 

Additionally, a function to restrict the view of process comments for the Requester was created, in addition to functions regarding the form designer.

 

 

 

New integration options with SE Asset and SE Maintenance

In this version, new functionalities were incremented for the integrations with SE Asset and SE Maintenance. From an asset associated with a Workflow (Incident or Problem), it is possible to execute a check-out for usage event and/or create/associate maintenance activities (Corrective or Programmed).
