Create process creation requests

Starting in this version, it is possible to open a process creation request. For that, just configure a new request type by using the "Creation" operation.

 

 

 

View and manage process revalidations

Starting in this version, it is possible to view and manage process revalidations. With that, it is possible to anticipate a revalidation and view the history of the process revalidations. The process revalidation functionality is an important tool to assure processes are updated periodically.

 

 

Sender configuration for answer in the message event

Now it is possible to define an email address of the sender in the message event. That way, when replying the message, the reply email is sent to a specific email account, which may be configured for each message event.

 

 

Association of processes with departments

This functionality allows defining in the process the departments it belongs to. From that, it is possible to view and display the processes by department, allowing a clear vision of the impact of the processes in the departments. This requirement is important for the management of governance and traceability of processes in the company.

 

 

 

Define user responsible for the process (Process Owner)

This functionality allows defining a user as the responsible for the process. This requirement aims at meeting the specification from the ISO standard and also at improving the process documentation and traceability. It is also possible to filter by responsible user in the process view.

 

Improvement in the process simulation

The process simulation was changed to improve its performance and usability. The scenario creation became more intuitive and visually friendly. The execution animation was also changed to facilitate the identification of critical points and bottlenecks. The final result may be viewed both on the simulation screen and in Analytics. That way, it is possible to publish the result in the portals if needed.
