RACI matrix

Now, it is possible to view the RACI matrix of the process activities. The RACI matrix (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) shows a matrix between activities and the participants/responsible parties who act or receive information on each activity. The matrix considers the information recorded in the activities: Responsible is the activity executor; Accountable is the owner of the process (Process owner); Consulted are the resources of the activity (used only human resources); and Informed is the notified of the activity. The RACI matrix contributes to the clear division of the tasks between people and teams, showing the process manager a complete view of the process lifecycle.

 

 

Improved process import

Some improvements were made in the process import: When exporting now, a listing of the information that the process has, but which are not exported is displayed. When importing, the system searches the imported data and displays a result. If any divergence is found, a listing of the items is displayed. In that way, it is possible to be clear about the imported data, and if necessary, to know where to make specific adjustments.

 

Functional role and attribute traceability

Now, it is possible to identify where a functional role and attribute are used in the processes. This traceability enables more effective management of the process and its participants.
