Disable process types

From this version, it is possible to change the status of the process type to inactive. With that, the type will not be displayed in the hierarchy of process types in the file and view filters.

 

New security controls to print and save the process image

From this version, to open the process report, it will be necessary to have the "Print" access control (permission). To save the process drawing as an image, it is necessary to have the "Save locally" permission. Accesses may be defined in the process type or specifically for a process. That way, the process report and save as image buttons will only be displayed for the users who have the respective permissions.

 

 

Process validity deadline

From this version, it is possible to configure a validity deadline for the process by using a resource similar to the one used in SE Document. Menus for the configuration of the validity and responsibility route used in the approval and revalidation steps have been added. With that, the process has a validity deadline, and, after its expiration, the users who have the edit or revise permission receive a 'Expired process" task. The following actions may be performed in the task: Create a revision, cancel the process, delete the process, or create a process revalidation, which may contain an approval route.
