Comparing risk and control plan revisions
A resource has been implemented to compare the revisions of a risk and control plan. The comparison between the revisions of the risk and control plan can be customized according to the selected parameters. The resource also allows comparing the risk and control plan with the plan template, as long as the template has been used to generate the plan being compared.
New Risk evaluation screen
When configuring the evaluation methods of the Matrix or Quantitative matrix types, it is possible to use the new Risk evaluation screen. The aim of the new screen is to simplify the risk evaluation activity and to provide, on a single screen, a large number of operations to be performed during risk evaluation.
Demanding an action plan in the risk or control evaluation
From version 2.0.15 onwards, it is possible for the association of an action plan with the risk or control evaluation to be required according to its result. If the resource is enabled, the risk and control plans may only be released after all the results that require an action plan have an action plan associated. In cases in which the plan is being monitored and a new evaluation is generated, which requires an action plan, a task will be generated to update the risk or control analysis.
New System Parameters
On the General parameters screen (RI110), of the SoftExpert Risk component, several configurations for customizing the system according to company standards have been added.
New configurations for the View profile
The view profile aims at customizing how and which information will be available in the system, as to adjust to the organization circumstances. For a better comprehension of such aims, configurations that allow displaying only the name in the structure, displaying events in the structure, displaying the description and comments for the risk and the control and displaying the attributes in risk and control views have been added.
