Automatic collection of measurements from a scale

The possibility of automatic data collection from an Ohaus Adventurer scale model AR5120 was made available in the statistical control component. The functionality consists in automating the capture of the weight shown in the "display" of the respective scale transferring that value to SE SPC.

Continue collection according to the last sample collected

In this version, the user may continue the collection according to the last sample collected, that is, if the user does not finish the collection of all the characteristics, when reopening the collection, the system will allow the user to choose to continue where he/she stopped. The function then allows the user to close the browser and, when with all the elements necessary for the collection, to continue according to the sequence configured from the last analyzed characteristi

 

 

Addition of fields Procedure and Comments

With the objective of helping the user during the collections, the possibility to add the documentation about the procedures to the performed during the collection were made available. The functionality allows the association of a different document for each characteristic to be analyzed, enabling the user responsible for the collection to perform views whenever necessary, directly on the collection screen. The functionality allows adding several types of documents and, for customers that have SE Document, it is possible to associate a controlled procedure directly in the document manager.

Regarding the comments field, if the customer filled this field in when creating the characteristic, this information will also be available during the collection.  

 

 

Addition of a new data collection parameterization

With the objective of helping users during data collection, a new parameterization configuration was made available in the system. Now the user may select as an option among samples the possibility of inheriting the general information between characteristics. Then, if users have always the same configuration, they will need to fill them in only once.
