With this feature, the system begins to allow an evaluation type that is very useful in the trainings where only the presence of the participant is necessary for its approval.
A new task was created to record training from the mapped needs. Until this version, it was necessary to obtain the information of training needs from the system views, to then carry out the planning of the classes in the courses where there was greater demand. With this feature, the system will allow a task to be generated according to filters determined by the organization, to consider what needs must be trained and, in the task itself, to select the employees, as well as to plan the Training classes.
Training, profile course, and path visions were created in the view employee qualification. Until the previous version, all these trainings were displayed in a single vision. With this change, it is easier to view the trainings according to the desired type, in addition to the application of filters and reports, according to the vision.
From this version, it is possible to approve the enrollment of participants in training with public enrollment. Until the previous version, when the choice was made by the person responsible, only the control team could approve the participation of the employee and when initiating the execution of the training. With this feature, a responsible route can be defined and each new enrollment will generate a task for the approval of the enrollment of the participant. With this, participants will be able to know in advance whether they have been approved or not, allowing them to prepare for the training.
