From this version, it is possible to use REST technology in the webservices of the form and system activity. With this, products or services that have REST applications for integration can be used in the process and form. A new menu in the SE Administration was made available for the REST data source creation. In the form and system activity, it is now possible to use this new option in the configuration with WebService. The system conducts the configuration by using a wizard, simplifying the process.
Now, it is possible to use complex webservices containing a list of values in the input parameters of the method. This way it is possible, for example, to send a list of products on a webservice. It is possible to send all the values from a form grid column or enter a list of records manually.
From this version, it is possible to use the Activity checklist on mobile devices. With this functionality, it is possible to require verifications on tasks in a simple and quick way.
Now, when checking the activity to show only the form in the task, it is also possible to view the flowchart and the instance history. New buttons have been added to the toolbar of the Activity execution task data, allowing full access to the information of the process in progress.
Now when an instance is started, when the executor is also a process manager, it is possible to edit the security of the instance from the task screen. Previously, the process manager needed to access the management menu to accomplish this task. With this functionality, the manager can easily edit the security list of the instance on any task that is with him/her.
In order to facilitate the navigation of Workflow options or even enable the structuring of a service/process catalog, from the 2.0.12 version, the Workflow type is available. In addition to facilitating this structuring, just as it currently occurs with incidents and problems, the same process template can be used in more than one type, minimizing also the configuration/maintenance work between similar processes, which they may now be structured in different types but follow the same parameterization.
